How I can help

Do you feel like no matter what you do, you can’t quite get it right? Are negative thoughts or worries about yourself getting in the way of your life? Are they showing up at work in the form of burnout or imposter syndrome? Maybe you are finding yourself in difficult patterns with friends, family and colleagues, where your needs aren’t being met, but somehow you still come away feeling like a burden? Maybe you understand your difficulties as bouts of anxiety or low mood? Maybe you’ve just “always been a worrier” but now it feels out of control.

I’m Rose, and I’m a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist specialising in self-esteem and self-criticism. These experiences can show up in our lives in a variety of ways, but if any of the above resonated for you please do get in touch for a free consultation to think about how I might be able to support you.
